Welcome to Social 360, a volunteer-run, non-profit organization dedicated to supporting other non-profits in need through facilitating fundraising, volunteer recruitment, and donations. S360 was officially launched on April 19th, 2007 at the 11:11 Teahouse in Atlanta, GA. Volunteer recruiters from various Atlanta-based non-profits joined us for an urban-style volunteering fair. Participants included Samaritan House, Small Dog Rescue, Refugee Family Services, Wonderoot, H.E.R.O. for Children, Park Pride, and Gateway Center. The night was topped off with a performance by singer-songwriter Kakki Glover.
The goal of Social 360 is to provide an inspiring social setting where interaction between the organizations supporting our community and community members is fostered. Relying on the fresh talent and energy of our volunteers, we design each event to be unique and to fit the needs of both the volunteer and the volunteer-seeker.
